Hello to all of our lovely subscribers and visitors! We hope you are all well.

We think the most important question at the moment is, how are you feeling about a return to an open life?

We have been speaking to the members of our support group on Facebook - Support for All - and the general consensus is excited but anxious.

As we begin a phased return we must remember to share our feelings still. Life is hard enough on a daily basis without added worries.
